D. Keith Johnson, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Johnson is an experienced executive who has managed financial service companies through several high growth and downturn cycles. His combination of cycle management and hands-on experience in accounting, capital markets and securitizations, operations, residential and commercial lending makes him a unique leadership talent. Previously, Mr. Johnson was a senior executive of Bank United, one of the original Southwest Plan institutions created from the Texas S&L crisis. From 1986 to 2000, Mr. Johnson served in a variety of roles - from CFO and Managing Director of Capital Markets to President of Mortgage Operations. From 1988 to 2000, Bank United grew from approximately $4 to $21 billion in assets. In 2000, Bank United was sold to Washington Mutual ("WaMu"), which recruited Mr. Johnson to be the Chief Operating Officer of their newly formed Commercial Lending Segment. In 2006, Mr. Johnson was recruited to become President and Chief Operating Officer of Clayton Holdings, Inc., where he was responsible for the strategic direction, management and operations of the businesses that comprise Clayton. And in 2008, Mr. Johnson sold Clayton to a Connecticut based private equity firm and acted as a consultant advisor to Clayton until July 2009.
Eric Lindner, Managing Director
Eric Lindner has over 32 years of commercial real estate industry experience. Previously, he served as President of GMAC Institutional Advisors and Executive Vice President of GMAC Commercial Mortgage’s Real Estate Services Group. He was a founding partner of Hanford/Healy Asset Management Company, the largest RTC SAMDA contractor on the West Coast, which was acquired by GMAC Commercial Mortgage in 1996. He was the Chief Operating Officer for FADA in the late 1980s.
John Maute, Managing Director
John Maute has over 28 years of commercial real estate industry experience. Previously he was Executive Vice President of GMAC Commercial Mortgage’s Distressed Investment and Asset Management Division. He was Portfolio Manager of Hanford/Healy’s RTC $1.2 billion SAMDA portfolio when the company was acquired by GMAC Commercial Mortgage in 1996. He managed the FSLIC Non Performing Loan Department, Western Region in the late 1980s.
John Weaver, Managing Director
John Weaver has over 25 years of experience in Real Estate Finance and Investment. Previously he held the position of Chief Credit Officer and Chief Risk Officer of GMAC Commercial Mortgage/Capmark Finance Inc. Prior to this he was a Senior Vice President in the Real Estate Banking division of PNC Bank.
George Wisniewski, Managing Director
George Wisniewski has over 15 years of experience in real estate and distressed-debt structured transactions in the United States, Europe, Japan, and Taiwan with an emphasis on transaction sourcing, negotiation, investment analysis, structuring, and securitization. Previously he was Managing Director at Bear Stearns in London, U.K., Managing Director at GMAC Commercial Mortgage/Capmark Finance Inc. in Frankfurt, Germany and Director of Multifamily Negotiated Transactions at Freddie Mac.
Susan Chapman, Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer
Susan Chapman has nearly 30 years of experience in senior financial roles including 19 years in the commercial real estate industry. Previously she held the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for LNR Property Corporation's Real Estate Finance and Servicing Group, LNR Partners, Inc. Prior to LNR, Ms. Chapman was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for a publicly traded land and water resource development company. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Operations, after having served as Chief Financial Officer, for a privately held commercial real estate development and property management company. Ms. Chapman is a CPA and worked in public accounting for Pricewaterhousecoopers LLC (PwC).

Linda Sanchez, Senior Vice President - Director of Asset Administration
Linda Sanchez has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Previously she held the position of Senior Vice President, Director of Asset Administration for the Distressed Investment and Asset Management Division at GMAC Commercial Mortgage/Capmark Finance Inc. Ms. Sanchez was part of the Hanford Healy Company when it was acquired by GMAC Commercial Mortgage.
Allen Hanson, Senior Vice President - Asset Management
Allen Hanson has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Previously Mr. Hanson held the position of asset manager/team leader for the Distressed Investment and Asset Management Division at GMAC Commercial Mortgage/Capmark Finance Inc. His professional experience also includes underwriting and asset management for Wachovia Bank and several of its East Coast predecessors and asset manager and team leader at CRIIMIMAE, a B-piece investor with a large CMBS portfolio.
Curt Spaugh, Senior Vice President - Asset Management
Curt Spaugh has over 20 years of non-performing commercial real estate loan experience. Previously he held the position of Regional Director/Senior Vice President for the Special Servicing Division at GMAC Commercial Mortgage/Capmark Finance Inc. His professional experience also includes asset management for Citibank, Bay View Federal Bank and American Savings and Loan Association. Mr. Spaugh's experience covers all aspects of non-performing loan management including collateral valuation, alternative analyses, loan modifications, and the pursuit of legal remedies including judicial foreclosures and bankruptcy.
Stacey Ciarlanti, Vice President - Compliance Manager
Stacey Ciarlanti has over 23 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. Previously she held the position of Vice President, Compliance Officer for the Distressed Investment and Asset Management Division at GMAC Commercial Mortgage/Capmark Finance Inc. Ms. Ciarlanti was part of the Hanford Healy Company when it was acquired by GMAC Commercial Mortgage.
